Brett 110 - A New Scout Hut In Chertsey

A team from Brett Aggregates' London and Home Counties area spent their volunteering day helping to build a new headquarters for the 1st Chertsey Scouting Group, near to our Queen Mary Quarry site near Staines.

Daniel Haw, Stephen Hillier, Alan Jenner, Terry Potts, Ross Powell and Michael Watson cleared and levelled the area, laid the sub-base and then mixed and laid the concrete for the shed base.

The new headquarters is being funded by the local community and the donation of £660 will go towards the purchase of materials to build the hut.
