Graduate Training Programme - Scheme Now Open for September 2016!
We are currently offering exciting opportunities for Graduates to realise their potential within an established, growing business.
Brett is an independent company and we recognise and nurture our people as individuals, that’s why our Graduate Development Programme is wholly tailored to you. You will gain real hands-on experience in all areas of our Group including Landscaping and Building Products, Aggregates (Marine and Land based) and Ready-Mixed Concrete and have input to live projects.
We will work with you to further develop your skills and talents and invest the time and energy to make you successful in your chosen area. The year-long course will include practical experience and mentorship with the view to you gaining a longer term placement within the Group.
The role will be based in Kent for ten months of the year-long Graduate Programme with the remaining placements being undertaken in East Anglia and the Midlands, and offers an attractive salary, car and benefits to successful candidates.
