Buildbase Names Brett Southern Supplier Of The Year 2016

The Brett Landscaping team has bee awarded the accolade of 'Southern Region Supplier of the Year 2016'

The Brett Landscaping team was awarded the accolade of 'Southern Region Supplier of the Year 2016' at the Buildbase Annual Conference.

The award was voted for by branch managers across the southern region, taking into account reliability, service levels and technical support as well as the all-important personal relationships that provide for consistent excellence in service.

Brett National Accounts Director Sally Gant was delighted: “This is great recognition for our Southern Sales team and all of our support staff who help us deliver on our promises each and every day” she says. “This award is particularly valued because it is voted for by the branch managers – the people with whom we deal every day and who absolutely understand the quality and value of the service they receive from Brett Landscaping.

“Special mention must go to our Southern National Account Manager Katie Kiff who has really put her heart and soul into developing our service levels in this region."

The award was presented at the Buildbase Annual Awards held in Hinckley, Coventry. All Buildbase branch and senior managers attend the evening, alongside several hundred supplier representatives. 

In 2016 Brett Landscaping launched the Express Merchant Training package which builds product knowledge and strengthens relationships between customer service teams and customers, helping us to continue to deliver what the customers need.
