With company growth being central priority for our business we are proud to support the following employees with their ongoing studies:
Ross Savin -
Quantity Surveyor
Since joining Provian, Ross (pictured left) has completed a HNC in Construction and a foundation degree in Construction. He is now working towards a full degree in Construction on a one-day release basis.
Ross has recently managed the surveying of numerous major projects including St Anne's Convent Re-develoment (£4m), SureStart Children's Centre (£1m), Herne Bay High School Vocational Skills Centre (£0.7m) and King Ethelbert School Sports Hall (£1.5m).
Ross won the Managing Director's 'Personal Development Award' in 2006
Lauren Squires -
Trainee Quantity Surveyor
Lauren has recently joined Provian and is already undertaking a HNC in Construction to progress her career as a Quantity Surveyor.
Lauren (pictured left) plays a vital role within the Small Works Building Department and is currently surveying a host of minor works projects and the £500,000 project at RSPCA Leybourne.
Jo Jermy - Estimator
Since Joining Provian Construction Jo (pictured below left) has experienced a number of roles throughout the business from assistant to the buying department, secretarial support and estimating assistant to now secure a role as an Estimator.
With an existing non-construction related degree Jo is now working towards a HNC in Construction, on a day release basis to strengthen her new position as an Estimator for Civil Engineering projects.
Ella Brocklebank -
Business Development Manager
To strengthen her role as Business Development Manager Ella (pictured above right) has completed a Professional Diploma in Marketing with the Chartered Institute of Marketing to compliment her existing non-construction related degree.

Accounts Assistants

Three integral employees within the accounts department (pictured left) are all at various stages of their 'Association of Accounting Technicians' training
