Our medical centres vary in size from 550 – 1800sq.m and are of single, two and three storey designs all of which are tailored to accommodate both our Client’s and the NHS Trust’s needs.
Our largest completed Medical Centre to date stands three storeys high at Larkfield (pictured) covering 1779sqm and was designed and built to incorporate a partial timber frame to reduce the weight of the building on the foundations. This modern centre is virtually a mini hospital for the local community. NHS Trust facilities include operating rooms, dentistry, chiropody and child therapy facilities.
A total of 7 medical centres have been designed and built for General Practice Investments over the past 4 years by Provian Construction.
