Our Directors, Ray Williams, Ian Jordan and Tim Wells have a strong vision for Provian Construction to become 'the best regional contractor in the South East'.
Ray Williams has spent his entire career in the Building and Construction industry, starting with apprenticeships, and then successfully working his way to the most senior positions with over 10 years at Managing Directorship level - recently running Coinford Design & Build and then Shaylor Interiors. Provian are delighted to welcome Ray as a new member of our team.
Ian Jordan is a chartered professional construction industry specialist with over 30 years experience in the management and delivery of a range of challenging projects. Part of Provian Construction’s Leadership team and operating at a strategic level within the organisation, Ian has built long term relationships with both clients and colleagues alike. Leading Health, Safety & Environmental issues within the organisation, Ian has developed and introduced a number of innovative and effective Health, Safety and Quality assurance processes. In addition Ian chairs the local Construction Training Group.
Tim Wells is a highly respected and well regarded Commercial Director with over 25 years experience of all commercial aspects of the industry. Tim is a key member of the Provian Construction Senior Management team and is responsible for all commercial aspects of Provian Construction’s business. He has a history of developing and maintaining long term relationships with contractors, clients and external bodies alike and is highly skilled in all aspects of tender submission and contractual issues.The vision is to establish ourselves as the contractor of choice providing a quality, cost-efficient and competitive service; and the best employer of choice, providing our people with all the support, training and equipment they need to achieve that aim. The foundations are in place and the Provian Culture is manifested in the behaviour of our employees. We are growing successfully and have a clear record of promoting from within, thus fulfilling ambitions within the team. The vision is within our grasp and it is vital we keep our focus on the customer, reporting and measuring our progress at all times to identify where and how we can do things even better. It is also vital that we retain a sense of fun, enjoyment and pride in our organisation. Moving forward as Provian Construction we continue to build strong relationships and reinforce our reputation with key contacts. This is vital to our success.
