Building works have just commenced on Provian’s fourth housing development to start within a year. The scheme at Sutton Valence near Maidstone comprises four 3 bedroom and eight 2 bedroom houses for housing association – Golding Homes and developer – Cascade Partnerships. Due for completion in June 2012, this is also the fourth scheme being built for Cascade Partnerships.
Other schemes at Wivelsfield Green, West Sussex (eight 2/3/4 bedroom houses and six 1/2 bedroom flats) for housing association Hastoe Group and Horsmonden, Kent (ten 2/3 bedroom houses and four 1 bedroom flats or bungalows) for housing association Affinity Sutton; are progressing well for completion in March and June respectively.
Provian’s first social housing project for Sanctuary Housing Association and Cascade Partnerships at Ketcham Corner, near Pevensey, East Sussex, was completed during the summer.
The success of this new sector for Provian is down to many members of the Provian Team.
