One of only three contractors, Provian has been awarded a two year framework contract by UK Power Networks plc for works covering the whole of their Southern Power Networks region.
The framework covers Substation Civil Works in the SPN region (Kent, Sussex and Surrey) including the construction of new substations, extensions to existing substations and oil bunding upgrade works to ensure the existing substations comply with Environmental Legislation.
Resulting from this framework, UK Power has already approached Provian for works at Coulsdon, Hampton-upon-Thames and Sellindge, Ashford.
Securing this contract has taken over two years of negotiation and input from many members of the Provian team, for which I thank them.
