Location: Staplehurst, Kent Value: £2 Million Form of Contract: JCT 98 with Contractors Design Year of Completion: 2007 The three-storey Medical centre at Staplehurst is the seventh designed and built centre for General Practice Investments by Provian Construction. The stunning new centre replaces the doctors surgery that previously served the area from a small cottage location. The construction of a new sports hall extension for the adjacent primary school and works to improve access to the nearby local library formed part of the contract and were completed alongside the ongoing medical centre construction.
