As necessities, both Energy and Water are proving to be thriving sectors for Provian Construction, especially for our Civil Engineering department who continue to work with key clients that include UK Power Networks, National Grid and South East Water. A number of our energy projects have been linked to prestigious developments within the public-eye. For example, the sub-station at Herne Bay was a vital development to serve the Kentish Flats Offshore Wind Farm where Provian Construction were involved in laying the 3 sub-sea cables in the tidal zone area and more recently we have completed another station to link one of the UK's largest environmental schemes, Thanet Earth, with local residents in order to distribute harnessed energy. One of our major on-going Civil Engineering contracts is on the massive LNG terminal expansion project on the Isle of Grain where provian have been on site for three years.
