Client: Age Concern Location: Sheerness, Kent Value: £283,000 Year of Completion: 2005 The contract for Age Concern involved the demolition of the existing timber buildings at the site at sheerness to allow for a new single storey brick extension to join Rosemary House. The building has extended and vastly improved the existing day care facilities to ensure a better quality of life for the elderly. Under a slate roof internal works involved installation of new commercial kitchen area including tea bar, lounge area, disabled toilets and shower facilities along with further WC facilities. All internal fittings were to a high specification and Small works completed all decorations and flooring. Externally, new entry gates, fencing and car parking facilities were constructed along with footpaths and all landscaping works to complete the site.
