Provian Construction were appointed by SEEDA to carry out the refurbishment of areas within Ashford International House.  The works involved the complete stripping out, reconfiguring and re-fitting to the WC and circulation areas only to two floors and the complete refurbishment to a further three floors within the existing building whilst all other floors remained fully operational.
