Our New Identity

Taking the company forward into a new phase of growth, differentiation and success, Provian Construction is the new name and identity for Brett Construction. Still very much part of the Brett Group, and will full director-level support, the new name provides greater focus for our activities in the building and civil engineering industry.

 

A series of interviews and focus groups were held with staff, customers, suppliers and opinion formers to create a list of keywords – all based on their perception of company values, character and future focus. The name Provian Construction is a derivative of three words which stood out very clearly: Professionalism, vision and integrity.

 

The goal of Provian Construction is to build on our existing and well-respected reputation and ultimately position ourselves as the best regional contractor in the South East.  The new name provides greater focus on the company's strengths and positions the company to greater advantage in the marketplace.  Provian Construction provides an identity to set ourselves apart from our competitors and be clear about the services we offer and what we do - in particular avoiding confusion with the Brett Group's strong focus on aggregates and Concrete.

 
Director's Buy-in

Roger Maycock, Peter West, Ian Jordan, Vic EllisTo demonstrate their long term commitment to the organisation and its future aims, the directors of Provian Construction have together aquired a 25% stake in the business.  With immediate effect Roger Maycock, Managing Director; Peter West, Building Director; Ian Jordan, Civil Engineering Director and Vic Ellis, Commercial Director (pictured left) now jointly own a quarter of Provian Construction.


Brett Group Support

Provian Construction remains a 75% owned subsidary of the Brett Group and will capitalise on the strenghs of having Brett as its parent company.

The new logo for Provian Construction incorporates the same colour scheme and styling as the Brett Group to illustrate its clear links with its parent company whilst defining a new identity as construction specialists. 

 

The new name will roll out over the next 12 months as gradually all vehicles, site signage and marketing materials will appear in the new brand.
