Tower Crane at Medway HospitalProvian Construction successfully designed & built the new  Ophthalmology Unit within Medway Maritime Hospital for Medway NHS Trust.

Concealed on every elevation the only form of access to the site was via a scaffold walkway for labour and via a mobile tower crane (pictured left) for materials.

All surrounding buildings remained fully functional throughout the works and close attention was paid to pedestrian diversions around the working area whilst ensuring emergency access was not obscured.

"I would like to let you and colleagues know how excellent the Provian Construction staff have been thus far during the ophthalmology project to us locally in the Rehab dept. They could not have been more helpful, accommodating and considerate at all times and have helped what could have been a very difficult time to go as smoothly as possible"
