Omega Flow

With growing urbanisation, the increase in hard landscaping, roads, driveways, parking areas and indeed roof areas, has dramatically reduced the capacity for natural, sustainable drainage. This urbanisation, coupled with recent changes in rainfall pattern, means continuing growth in the volume of surface water runoff that traditional drainage systems have to handle:
One key solution is Sustainable Drainage Systems or SUDS. We can offer a total solution to concrete block permeable pavements - a proven source control technique in handling surface water runoff.

The shaped spacers and spacer locators in Omega Flow give ease of installation (and of particular benefit when utilising machine-laying techniques) and ensures a 5mm joint width which offers a larger drainage area than other systems. These gaps between the blocks are filled with 5/6mm aggregate, allowing water to permeate. This combination of a unique concrete permeable paving block and choice of sub-structure is an effective means of providing a structural pavement (suitable for pedestrian and vehicle trafficking) whilst allowing water to pass straight through the surface into the underlying porous strata - for temporary storage, storm attenuation, dispersal to the ground or collection.

Omega Flow is available in a range of colours, the most popular featured here, with rustic options available for both in 60/80mm, giving a traditional weathered finish.
