The Overgrown Path

The Challenge
On overgrown path and tired border that definitely needed a face lift! The path of crumbling tarmac was un-even to walk on, an added incentive to update this garden area. This area caught the afternoon sun and could be an ideal place to sit and read or just take a snooze!

 

The Solution
A new path was laid using same size Westminster, Old Gold slabs. The path is wide enough to walk along safely and the Old Gold colour compliments the colours of the house. Part of the border was then covered with a small patio in random sized slabs to give an interesting pattern. The sitting area is now perfect for a quiet afternoon’s reading.
