Built on a sloping site the steel-framed construction features natural ventilation, rainscreen cladding as well as locally coppiced sweet chestnut cladding.  For its flexible and sustainable design the structure has achieved a ‘very good’ BREEAM rating making it one of the most environmentally friendly buildings of its kind in the region.

 

To make best use of the sloping site Provian Construction built the centre so that the front of the building features two floors whilst the back has three.

 

 

 

 

The facility provides 1,600sqm of office space & 765sqm of workshops for up to 70 firms.
