New build


The Community College Whitstable Our portfolio of new build projects is vast across a wide range of sectors constructing on green/brownfield sites or as extensions to existing buildings. Our expertise is strong in the health, industrial and commercial and ecclesiastical sectors and predominantly in the education environment. Our strength lies in creating superior learning facilities whilst the establishment remains fully operational and without disturbance.

 

 

Refurbishment


East Grinstead Apartments Careful refurbishment of commercial properties, schools, offices and listed buildings ranges from modifications, restoration and renovation to complete stripping out and rebuilding around existing shell according to our clients specifications. Our Small Works department undertakes all minor refurbishment and repairs contracts. Our refurbishment skills compliment and combines with our new build expertise on many projects.

 

Design & Build


Aylesham Workshop Units We have the ability to procure contracts on a Design and Build basis with Design & Build Coordinators who are dedicated specifically to these contracts to oversee and ensure every stage of the project is carried out successfully and to programme. Our Design and Build experience covers 7No “State of the Art” Medical centres, Student Accommodation, the largest Block Paving factory in Europe, the first CoVE education building in Kent, converting former offices to luxury apartments and various workshop units and offices.
