Whether design and build or refurbishment Provian Construction have developed an expertise to serve the residential market.  Following the completion of a new student accommodation block and the conversion of disused offices into apartments Provian Construction are once again on site for further residential works, this time redeveloping a former school at the site of St Anne’s Convent in Canterbury to form an 18 bedroom two-storey accommodation facility.
