Our people

With a share holding of 25% of the company the directors Roger Maycock, Peter West, Ian Jordan and Vic Ellis (pictured below left), have a vision for Provian Construction to become 'the best regional contractor in the South East'.

 

The vision is to establish ourselves as the contractor of choice providing a quality, cost-efficient and competitive service; and the best employer of choice, providing our people with all the support, training and equipment they need to achieve that aim.  The foundations are in place and the Provian Culture is manifested in the behaviour of our employees.  We are growing successfully and have a clear record of promoting from within, thus fulfilling ambitions within the team.

 

The vision is within our grasp and it is vital we keep our focus on the customer, reporting and measuring our progress at all times to identify where and how we can do things even better.  It is also vital that we retain a sense of fun, enjoyment and pride in our organisation.   

 

Moving forward as Provian Construction we continue to build strong relationships and reinforce our reputation with key contacts.  This is vital to our success.  Continuing to be an integral part of the Brett Group is key to our strategic direction.  It opens doors and provides us with the financial stability and reassurance that comes with an organisation so well-respected in its field. 

 

As a construction business we have been successfully capturing new and ongoing projects throughout the South East.  With our new brand we can aim higher still and reach our goal of being the best contractor in the South East.
