Andy is our 1st Choice and Screed Manager, has been with Brett Concrete since 2006 and has 20 years experience in Merchanting.
His role entails managing all aspects of 1st choice and Screed from how we deal with initial enquiries, to shipping our deliveries efficiently, and most importantly, maintaining the highest standards of customer service.
The thing Andy loves most about his role is the people, both externally and internally, and the feeling of satisfaction at the end of the day when all orders have been delivered accurately and on time.
There are often challenges for 1st Choice Minimix mainly due to the fact that we deal with a wide spectrum of customers/trades and specialise in delivering where most other truck mixers cannot. Recent projects have been Dover castle where access restrictions meant only Minimix trucks could get through and 68m3 to a site in Winchelsea which had strict weight restrictions.
Andy has 5 children and any spare time he has is spent cycling around Ashford and surrounding villages.
