With expertise in piling, groundwork and concrete frame construction, Brett Concrete was able to secure a number of prestigious contracts to supply this site.
Mowlem was the main management contractor and Brett Concrete supplied three different firms all working on this project: Bachy Soletanche Piling Ltd, O'Keefe Construction (Greenwich) Ltd and A J Morrisroe & Son Ltd.
From the outset, on this major development of residential flats and an Asda supermarket, volumes required were considerable and daily deliveries sometimes topped 400m3. For one major pour, Brett Concrete actually delivered 1,350m3 in total. O'Keefe also supplied the substructure works on this project - for covering the pile caps that Bachy Soletanche had put in place. For this, a total of 3,600m3 was needed - a significant proportion of the total volume supplied to O'Keefe (7,500m3).

O'Keefe Construction (Greenwich) Ltd - Apartments concrete frame (Romford Market area): started July 2005 - finished February 2006, volume (early February 2006) 7,500m3
A J Morrisoe & Sons Ltc - Luxury flats and supermarket: started February 2004 - finished in February 2006, total volume, 18,000m3.
