Aaron Bartram

Aaron is the Operations/Terminal Manager for Brett Concrete.

Aaron joined Brett in January 2008 and has been in the industry for the last 25 years. Previously Aaron has worked for Lafarge and Cemex in a number of roles which included Technical Manger, Operations Manager, Maintenance Manger in both ready-mix sand and gravel and asphalt.

Aaron is responsible for the concrete plants operationally in Kent, Surrey and Sussex ensuring the concrete is produced safely, to the right quality and to the customer’s satisfaction. He manages a team of 20 people on a daily basis and the operation of the Cement import terminal at Ridham where we supply GGBS to the Brett group.

Aaron enjoys the challenge and fast pace of concrete, problem solving and the limited shelf life of the product as well as communicating with people in the industry.

Recently Aaron has been involved in the Wind Farm at Lydd and East Kent Access contracts where he managed the construction of our new Ramsgate Plant.

During Aaron’s spare time he enjoys restoring Land Rovers and off road driving, following Tottenham Hotspur Football Club and collecting old watches.
