Recycled

Brett Aggregates is involved in recycling in Kent, Surrey and West London. Inert waste products are imported, crushed and screened to produce sub-base materials, including aggregates screened to Type 1 gradings. Recycled products are now responsible for nearly 20% of aggregates used in the UK and an upward trend looks set to continue.  

  

'Slag based Type 1’ is produced with the same specification as Rock Based Type 1, but this recycled product is sourced from the blast furnace process of steel production.

 

We plan to expand our recycling business by developing new operations in Buckinghamshire, Essex, East London and Norfolk.
