Our business

Brett Aggregates has a total production capacity of 5 million tonnes a year, half of which comes from marine dredging.

The geographic spread of quarries and wharves over the South East and East of England enables us to serve major building and civil engineering projects, as well as meet the needs of smaller companies and individuals.

Our product range includes concreting aggregates, drainage, earthwork materials, building sand, sub-bases, crushed rock, asphalt and various recycled products.

Quality control staff, in the laboratory and on site, regularly test and monitor results from first extraction to final delivery, ensuring compliance with specification and customer needs.

Deliveries are not restricted to road transport. Our plants at Sevington, Cliffe, Ridham and Ipswich are rail connected - Cliffe and Ipswich also have marine processing facilities. A fleet of privately owned bottom discharge wagons can transport a full range of materials to customers' railheads.

We have dedicated teams in each area with considerable industry experience. They aim to deal with every aspect of enquiry and offer specialist knowledge in sales, shipping and distribution.
